Increase enrolment and retention of children with Sickle Cells in School going population (aged between 5-18 years) into school programs with an emphasis on gender equity and inclusiveness; while addressing socio-cultural barriers that hinder the enrolment of girls and children with Sickle cells through community mobilization and sensitization, and by combating violence in the school place.
Provide psychosocial training to teachers about the care, treatment and management of sickle cells cases while at school.
Facilitate the availability of adequate and relevant basic education materials, kits, and supplies to children with Sickle cells.
Support the neediest with school fees to complete their education.
Considering those who cannot afford to go for formal education into vocational skills training.
